Job description

Answer warm inbound calls from the existing customer base addressing their queries and then upselling/cross selling additional insurance cover for their equipment leading to a successful sales interaction.

Candidate requirements

  • Grade 12 or a relevant equivalent qualification
  • 6 months inbound or outbound sales experience (local / international)
  • Customer service experience
  • Clear ITC and criminal records
