Huntswood is looking for an experienced complaint handler to join an existing client project in Dunfermline. The role involves dealing with loan complaints, taken over the telephone, investigating to a suitable resolution and communicating the result to the customer.
Rate: £150 a day
Start Date: Immediate
Shift: Shift between 08:00 to 20:00, Monday to Friday, working 1 in 3 Saturdays (day of in lieu)
Duration: End of September

- Financial services complaint handling experience is essential
- Telephony based complaints experience is desirable
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to navigate through several in-house databases
- Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
- Strong numeracy and written communication skills
