Customer Complaint Handler
We are looking for experienced complaint handlers to join an exciting new project in Liverpool.
The role will be supporting an energy provider with customer billing queries/issues and complaints
Starting early January 2020 initially up until April 2020.
Required skills and experience include:
- A broad range of complaints or service based experience within customer billing
- Excellent telephone negotiation skills
- Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
- The ability to maintain a high standard of work with a strong attention to detail
- A positive and flexible attitude
