Customer Service Trainer
Our client, an established Fintech Retail Bank has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Training Manager to join the business.
The Customer Services Training Manager will play a crucial role in devising and implementing the learning and development strategy, policy and processes for customer facing teams, supporting their delivery of exceptional customer experience. This will include
- Relationship management with key stakeholders to identify current and culture learning and development requirements
- Securing training insight and training needs from customer feedback, shadowing, coaching and quality checking.
- Ongoing development of training to meet the businesses needs
- Development and delivery of online training and social learning
The successful applicant will demonstrate;
- Excellent prior record of designing and delivering customer service training
- A strong understanding of 70:20:10 learning
- Retail Banking/Financial Services experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
