
Huntswood is looking for a call coach to support one of our clients in the energy industry. This will be providing coaching and support as well as providing feedback to internal colleagues.
Role overview:
Location: Office based in Warrington
Rate: £220 a day
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months initially
Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an umbrella company, we can assist you with this.
Responsibilities
- Provide effective coaching and regular feedback to customer service agents to drive continuous improvement of the customer experience
- Create positive, constructive and effective individual development plans for all those being quality monitored and coached to ensure they are the best they can be
Skills required:
- You must have experience working in a call coaching/training role ideally within utilities
- Good customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
- Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
