Huntswood have a great opportunity for people with excellent customer service skills. Would you like to use your call centre or customer service experience but want the chance to work from home and not have to work shifts or weekends, then we have a role for you.

Your roll would be as a Customer Call handler for a large and well known pension's provider. Working as part of an established telephony team you will take inbound calls from customers and answer general queries they may have. You will be providing an excellent level of customer service by meeting customers' needs and making their call journey as easy and smooth as possible.

We are looking for customer call handlers who are free to work between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday on a remote basis for the duration of this campaign. You'll be offered a contract till December, as well as getting full training and all the equipment required to complete your role successfully.

The ideal Customer Call Handler will have:

  • Experience working in a telephone based customer service role
  • Experience or knowledge of the financial services industry would be beneficial
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
  • Strong numeracy and written communication skills
  • A quiet space with a desk and chair and a stable broadband connection
