Huntswood is looking for complaint handlers with motor finance experience to join an exciting project for a a leading finance provider.
In this role, you will take ownership of complaints and investigate and resolve them ensuring fair outcomes for customers and the client. You’ll resolve disputes directly with customers and external parties, both in writing and over the telephone. You’ll demonstrate flexibility, contribute to departmental growth, meet productivity targets, and maintain punctuality and compliance.
Start Date: April 2025
Day Rate: £155 a day – Umbrella only recruitment – This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this
Location: Working from home
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm
What Huntswood is looking for:
- Experience working in an end-to-end complaint handling role within financial services is essential
- Experience writing bespoke final response letters is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with customers and third parties via email and the telephone.
- Suitable workspace at home with strong broadband connection
- Ability to work independently as well as being able to work as a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
- Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
