Huntswood is seeking experienced Financial Services Complaint Handlers to join an exciting new project focused on irresponsible lending complaints with a leading name in retail banking.
If you have a strong background in complaint handling, hands-on experience in retail banking, and you’re available to start in January 2026, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As a Complaint Handler, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service by investigating and resolving complaints related to irresponsible lending practices across a range of credit products. This is a customer-facing role that combines phone and email communication, giving you the chance to make a real impact with every interaction.
Start Date: Start dates in January 2026
Day Rate: £160 a day – Umbrella only recruitment – This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this
Location: Work from home
Working hours: Rotational shifts between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

What Huntswood is looking for:
- Proven experience handling financial services complaints throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial logging to final resolution
- Suitable work space at home with strong broadband connection
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as being able to work as a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
- Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
