Huntswood is looking for customer service agents looking to make a difference and give an excellent customer service to our client's customers. Sounds like you? Then we have an exciting campaign for you to join in October and November 2022


You will be joining an existing campaign as a Fraud Customer Care Agent. Taking inbound calls from customers who will be making enquiries about new and existing fraud cases. Your job will be to deliver an elevated level of customer service by making the customer's call journey is as easy as possible. The service is available to customers Monday to Sunday 7am to 11pm and shifts will be given on a rotational basis.


Full training and equipment will be provided, and you get to work from the comfort of your own home for the duration of the campaign. All we ask is that you have a quiet space to take calls, a suitable desk and chair, and a stable broadband connection.

  • A day rate of £145 - This will be paid through an Umbrella Company - We can help you with this

The ideal Fraud Customer Care Agent will have

  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Excellent communications skills and the ability to talk to all types of customers
  • Experience working for a financial services company within customer service role
  • Experience working in a fraud role, or an understanding of the fraud process, would be desirable
  • Flexibility work on a rotational shift basis between 7am - 11pm Monday - Sunday
  • Appropriate Space at home to set up IT equipment and take customer calls
  • Experience using a number of databases and MS Office
