We are currently seeking Customer Service Advisors to support our client's customers within their fraud contact centre in the new year. Key Details

Start Date: Monday 15th January 2024

Day Rate: £130 per day (Umbrella only recruitment) - Assistance available for Umbrella company setup

Location: Bradford/Hybrid - Office presence required two times a week. Initial training will be on a hybrid working model, followed by three weeks based on-site for grad bay.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, on shifts Monday to Saturday 11am to 8pm (you will work every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday)

  • Experience in a telephony-based customer service role is essential
  • Prior experience in the financial services sector is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse customer profiles
  • Willingness to work at our client's Bradford office on a hybrid basis
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
  • Attentive to detail and adept at navigating internal databases
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Word

Your Role as a Fraud Customer Service Advisor

As a Fraud Customer Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our customers daily. Your responsibilities will include handling inbound calls from customers dealing with fraud, scams, and payment queries. Utilizing your exceptional listening and communication skills, you will support customers during these challenging situations.
