A leading retail bank are current looking Inbound Call Agents to work on a hybrid basis, both at home and at their offices based in Leicester, working on a contract basis through Huntswood.
As a Call Agent, you will be taking inbound calls from customers who will be making enquiries about the clients banking products. Your job is to deliver a high level of customer service by making the customer call journey as easy as possible.
As an Inbound Call Agent, you will have:
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Excellent communications skills and the ability to talk to all types of customers
- Experience taking call from customers
- Experience within financial services would be desirable
- Flexibility work on a rotational shift basis between 8am - 8pm Monday - Friday and the occasional weekend day
- Ability to travel to Leicester office a couple of times a week
- Experience using several databases and MS Office
