Insurance Claims Handler

Huntswood is looking for Insurance Claims Handlers with financial services and customer service experience to join an ever-growing team in their central Glasgow office. This is great opportunity with someone with financial service experience and excellent customer service skills to work in a buzzing central location alongside a great motivated team, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, whilst getting some great benefits and joining Huntswood.

Working on behalf of well-known insurance company as a Insurance Claims Handler you will provide an exceptional customer experience navigating customers through their insurance claim journey. From logging initial claims, providing updates on open claims or just answering customer questions you will make the customers journey as smooth as possible during their call.

The ideal Insurance Claims Handler will have:

• Experience working for an insurance company dealing with motor claims
• Experience and understanding of insurance principles and practice
• Great customer service skills and experience resolving complaints
• Experience working to performance targets
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
• Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
• Strong numeracy and written communication skills
