Huntswood is looking for experienced complaint handlers with a good understanding and knowledge of pensions products to join a well-established pension provider in the hybrid contract role.

As a Pensions Complaint Handler, you will be processing customer complaints from receipt to resolution. With both simple and complex complaints to deal with, everyone will be different. Using your experience and knowledge you will come to resolutions that are mutually beneficial to all parties.

All training and accreditation will be completed at the client's central Liverpool office. The office is in the heart of Liverpool with excellent transport links. Once accreditation is complete there will be opportunities to work on a hybrid basis moving forward.

Role overview:

Location: Central Liverpool/Hybrid Working

Rate: £250 - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this

Start Date: September 2022

Duration: Till February 2022

The ideal Pensions Complaint Handler will have:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience working with pension products
  • Experience dealing with customer complaints within the financial service sector
  • Ability to compose excellent written correspondence with both customers and key stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
