Huntswood is looking for complaint handlers with private medical insurance claims or complaints experience to help support a leading insurance provider in providing an excellent customer service to their clients.

As a Private Medical Complaint Handler, you will be responsible for resolving customer's complaints from beginning to end. Using your existing skills and knowledge, as well as the training you will be provided, you will take the complaint and come up with a resolution that it mutually beneficial to all parties. This is a great remote contract role, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, with all training and equipment provided.

Role overview:

Location: Working from home

Rate: £190 a day - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this

Start Date: October 2022

Shift: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm

Duration: 3 months initially

As a Private Medical Insurance Complaint Handler must have:

  • Experience dealing and processing with private medical claims for an insurance company
  • Experience of dealing with customer complaints or delivering excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
