Travel Insurance Claims Handler

Huntswood is looking for experienced travel insurance claims handlers to work on behalf of a well-known insurance provider working from home on an initial 3-month contract

This role will involve investigating customer complaints by reviewing evidence to ensure the right outcome for the customer is made.

Location: Working from Home

Rate: £200 a day

Duration: 3 months

The ideal Insurance Claims Handler will have:

• Travel insurance claims experience is essential
• Experience with medical repatiation would be desirable
• The ability to work quickly and accurately in a target-driven environment
• The ability to manage their own time effectively, including the prioritisation and organisation of tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A positive and flexible attitude
