Huntswood is looking for financial services complaint handlers ideally with insurance experience to help support a leading insurance provider in their travel department.
As a Travel Insurance Complaint Handler, you will be responsible for resolving customer's complaints from beginning to end. Using your existing skills and knowledge, as well as the training you will be provided, you will take the complaint and come up with a resolution that it mutually beneficial to all parties. This is a great remote contract role, working from home for the duration of the 4 months, with all training and equipment provided.
Location: Working from home
Rate: £170 a day - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this
Start Date: September 2022
Shift: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm
Duration: 4 months initially
The ideal Travel Insurance Complaint Handler will have:
- Extensive experience dealing with customer complaints in the insurance or financial services
- Travel experience is desirable
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
- Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
- Strong numeracy and written communication skills
