Huntswood is looking for experienced customer service agents with experience within the utilities sector to deal with customers who could be calling to discuss their gas or electricity accounts. As a customer service agent, you could be dealing with issues with bills, taking meter readings or any other service-related enquiry. This is a great opportunity for an experienced call handler. You will be working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.

Huntswood require customer service agents who can start in August on a 12 month contract, being paid £130 a day. This is a remote based contract with all equipment provided to you.

Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to customer service agents working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this.

As a customer service agent, you will have

  • Experience in a telephony-based customer service role within the utilities sector (gas, electric, water)
  • Strong empathy and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good MS Office Skills, particularly MS Word
