Huntswood is looking for experienced customer service agents with experience of working in the utilities sector to join a long standing contract.

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be dealing with issues with bills, taking meter readings or any other service-related enquiry. This is a great opportunity for an experienced call handler to use your existing skills and knowledge to provide a fantastic service to our client's customers. Customers can call between 9am and 5:30pm

This 9-month contract will be remote from day one, with all training and equipment provided. You will be working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, and 1 in 3 Saturday 9am to 5:30pm.

The ideal Customer Service Adviser will have:

  • Experience in a telephony-based customer service role within the utilities sector (gas, electric, water)
  • Flexibility to work 1 in 3 Saturdays
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
  • Strong numeracy and written communication skills
