Huntswood is seeking dynamic customer service professionals to be part of our expanding utilities campaign. With start dates at the end of March and April, this role comes with fantastic benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
Position Overview:
- Address customer complaints in our vibrant call centre, handling issues related to billing, metering, appointments, and service.
- Leverage your customer service expertise to follow up with customers and ensure resolutions are satisfactory.
Role Details:
- Start Date: 31st March 2025 and 14th April 2025
- Salary: £23,445 per annum + performance and loyalty bonuses
- Location: Glasgow City Centre (Hybrid working post-training – 12 weeks of training)
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm

- Experience in complaint handling and busy telephony environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
