Huntswood is looking for Financial Assistance Agents with collections experience to join an exciting project for a leading retail bank. If you have a great telephone manner, have the ability to identify vulnerable customers and are looking for a long term contract then we have a great role for you.
You will be supporting our client dealing with outbound and inbound calls from customer who are in financial difficulty and coming up with a resolution that works for the customer and the bank to recoup monies owed.
Start Date: Monday 15th September 2025
Day Rate: £175 per day – Umbrella only recruitment – This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this
Location: Work from Home
Working hours: 35 hours per week, Shifts between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, 1 in 4 Saturday 9am to 1pm (with a day off in lieu)

What Huntswood is looking for:
- A minimum of 1 year’s collections / financial assistance experience for a Financial Services company, ideally in motor finance collections
- Ability to identify and deal with vulnerable customers in an empathetic way
- Suitable workspace at home with strong broadband connection
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as being able to work as a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
- Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
