Customer Service Team Leader

Huntswood is looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee a team of Customer Service Advisors supporting a leading credit card provider. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, outbound calling environment to ensure quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Location: Northampton (Hybrid – 2 days onsite: Thursday & Friday)
Start Date: Monday 15th September
Day Rate: £240 a day – via Husp Umbrella (we’ll support you with setup)
Contract Length: 6 months

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and coaching a team of outbound Customer Service Advisors
  • Monitoring performance and providing regular feedback and support
  • Ensuring customer interactions meet quality and compliance standards
  • Managing team schedules and workflow to meet campaign targets
  • Acting as a point of escalation for complex queries
  • Reporting on team performance and contributing to continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience managing teams in a contact centre or outbound calling environment
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to drive performance while maintaining a positive team culture
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confidence using MS Office and navigating multiple systems
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
