Location: Fully remote – work from the comfort of your home
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Contract: 4-month initial contract
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Take ownership of home insurance claims from start to finish
- Investigate, assess, and resolve claims with precision and care
- Keep policyholders and stakeholders informed every step of the way
- Analyse reports and documentation to make smart, fair decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously improve your approach
