Huntswood is seeking experienced and dedicated Complaints Handlers to join our team and manage customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
As a Complaints Handler, you’ll be responsible for investigating complaints related to Direct Debits from beginning to end. This middle office role will involve conducting a deep dive to uncover the root cause of each issue, and responds with empathy, professionalism, so that the customer is happy the complaint has been resolved
Your days will be filled with proactive follow ups, clear communication, and building strong relationships with internal teams to ensure fair outcomes. It’s a role where your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and positive attitude truly make a difference.
Start Date: 24th November 2025 & 1st December 2025
Day rate: £150 per day – Umbrella only recruitment – This is only available to individuals working via the Husp umbrella company, we can assist you with this
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week. Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm.
Where: Working from Home
Duration: 5 month contract
