Our client, a leading provider of telecommunication services, has an immediate opening for a Project Manager.
Working for our client on a primarily remote basis, the Project Manager is responsible for delivering key aspects of a significant customer journey transformation programme.
The Project Manager will be responsible for,
- Implementation of new customer journey requirements
- Working with the Development team to ensure that key Salesforce and website requirements are captured and implemented successfully
- Working with internal sales and customer service teams to ensure key customer journey policies and processes are implemented successfully with appropriate governance
- Working with marketing to ensure any customer facing literature and or marketing material reflects new customer journey requirements
The successful applicant will demonstrate
- Proven experience in delivering successful customer journey transformation campaigns
- Excellent working knowledge of Salesforce, Online and Telephony Customer journey and sales
- Ideally telecommunications or comparable sector experience.
