In this role, you’ll be the reassuring voice for customers, handling both inbound and outbound calls with empathy and professionalism. Your goal? Start Date: Tuesday 7th April 2026
Day Rate: £140 a day – Husp only recruitment – This is only available to individuals working via the Husp Umbrella company, we can assist you with this
Duration: An initial contract to the end of October 2028
Location: Working from home
Shift pattern: Shifts are between 8am and 8pm on a rotational basis, requiring 1 in 3 Saturdays.
* Monday to Friday opening hours are between 8am to 8pm
* Saturday opening hours are between 9am and 5pm
* Currently on a 3-week rotation pattern with a requirement to work 1 Saturday in every 3
* When required to work Saturday the non-working day for that week will be either a Tuesday or Wednesday
* During the week there will be 2 or 3 starts between 8am – 9am. 1 or 2 starts between 9.30am and 11am and 1 late start at noon
* Shift patterns are given with a 4 week notice window.
Skills required:
- Experience working in a dialler-based telephony role in the financial services industry – this is essential
- Collections experience is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
- Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
- Strong numeracy skills
