What You’ll Be Doing:
As a senior member of our customer experience team, you’ll support high-profile customers in French, German, or Italian as they move to new financial product and payment processes. You’ll train customers step-by-step, translating complex changes into clear actions they can follow with confidence. Support will be delivered across phone, chat, and email, providing a consistent, high-quality experience throughout.
Where You’ll Work:
Initially you’ll be based on-site at a major client location in the North West, Following initial training (4 weeks full-time in the office), you’ll move to a hybrid working model.
Key Details:
Start Date: June 2026
Day Rate: £280 (This is only available to individuals working via Husp Umbrella company, we can assist you with this)
Location: North West (Training full time in office then moving to hybrid/Working from home schedule)
Hours: Monday to Friday, shifts between 9am to 5:30pm
Contract: Initial 6 month contract
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience providing expert customer guidance within financial services
- Fluent in English & French or German or Italian (C2 Level)
- Proven ability to translate complex processes or regulatory information into clear, understandable explanations for customers
- Strong communication skills across multiple channels, including phone, live chat, and email, with the ability to adapt tone and approach to each customer
- Confidence handling more senior, escalated, or sensitive customer interactions with professionalism
- Experience in a training or learning environment would be beneficial
