Our client, an established provider of motor finance credit broking services, is seeking to hire a Vehicle Quality Complaints Handling professional.
The Complaints Handler is responsible for the investigation and resolution of vehicle quality complaints, from initial investigation through to final response. This will include
- Management of all escalated vehicle quality complaints in line with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulatory requirements
- Liaison with appropriate dealers, lenders and engineers, to gather diagnostic and repair evidence
- Application of satisfactory quality assessment, to determine fair customer outcomes
- Maintenance of accurate complaint records
- Undertaking root-cause analysis to improvement overall customer service standards
The successful applicant will demonstrate
- Previous experience in complaints handling within an FCA regulated environment
- Working knowledge of vehicle quality or automotive technical disputes
- Good knowledge of DISP and FCA regulatory requirements
