Location: Northampton/Hybrid (Wednesday and Thursday in the office)
Rate: £255 per day
Hours: Shifts between Monday to Friday, 8am-5:30pm

Duration: An initial contract to end of January 2027 with view to extend
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Court Orders Team leader, you will support a major retail banking client, heading a team who are dealing with sensitive legal and regulatory requests. This is a great opportunity for someone with Team Leading experience in financial services who relishes working in a sensitive, high profile deadline-driven environment.
Please note, you will need to attend the client’s office in Northampton on Wednesday and Thursday every week.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience team leading customer service professionals in a financial services environment
- Experience working in commercial banking would be advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – ability to communicate in a clear and concise fashion
- Able to motivate a team in a target-based environment
- Experience reviewing financial services and legal documents would be advantageous
- Comfortable working in our Northampton office twice a week
- A quiet home workspace with reliable broadband
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated and highly organised
- Confident using in-house systems and producing regular MI and reporting
