What You’ll Be Doing:
As a key part of our customer experience team, you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful hand guiding clients through changes to their financial products and payment services. You’ll connect with customers via phone, chat, and email, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
Where You’ll Work:
You’ll be based at the client’s flagship campus in Knutsford, nestled in the beautiful Cheshire countryside. The newly refurbished office offers a modern, collaborative space designed to help you thrive. After initial training (4 weeks full-time in office) you’ll enjoy a WFH/Hybrid model.
Key Details:
Start Date: Starts in February and March 2026
Day Rate: £155 (This is only available to individuals working via Husp Umbrella company, we can assist you with this)
Location: Knutsford, Cheshire (Training full time in office then moving to hybrid/Working from home schedule)
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, shifts between 8am-7pm
Contract: Initial contract till end of October 2026 with potential for future opportunities

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in telephony-based customer service, ideally in financial services
- Background in commercial banking is a plus
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working to targets and KPIs
- Detail-oriented and tech-savvy (MS Office, internal systems)
