What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Client Support Specialist you’ll be on the frontline of delivering outstanding service for a leading financial services organisation. You’ll support customers across phone, email, and live chat, confidently managing complex enquiries and providing clear, empathetic, and compliant solutions.
Using your French, German, or Italian language skills, you’ll help customers navigate products, services, and processes, ensuring every interaction positively shapes their experience with the bank.
Initially you’ll be based on-site at a major client location in Cheshire, Following initial training (4 weeks full-time in the office), you’ll move to a hybrid working model.

Start Date: June 2026
Day Rate: £198 a day (This is only available to individuals working via Husp Umbrella company, we can assist you with this)
Location: Cheshire (Training full time in office then moving to hybrid/Working from home schedule)
Hours: Monday to Friday, shifts between 9am to 5:30pm
Contract: Initial 6 month contract
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience delivering excellent customer services in a financial services environment
- Fluent in English & French or German or Italian (C2 Level)
- Strong communication skills across phone, email, and live chat, with the ability to tailor tone and approach to different customers
- Proven ability to translate complex processes or regulatory information into clear, understandable explanations for customers
- A customer‑focused mindset with the ability to manage challenging or sensitive conversations professionally
