Huntswood is looking for experienced complaint handler for a new opportunity with a leading retail bank. In this role, you will take ownership of complex complaint cases, including those involving vulnerable customers, ensuring fair and appropriate outcomes through thorough investigation and engagement with all relevant parties.

Rate: £155 a day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm

What Huntswood is looking for:
- Proven experience dealing with end-to-end financial services complaints
- A good understanding of FCA and FOS requirements
- Strong customer service skills and excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate many systems and software packages
