We are looking for an experienced Complaints Administrator to join a new project with a key client. This role involves accurately logging Complaints and Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), while providing responsive and empathetic customer support across webchat, email, and letter channels.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy are essential. As the project evolves, there may be opportunities for additional training on more complex tasks. While the role is primarily written communication-based, there will be occasional ad hoc phone interactions with customers.
Start Date: Monday, 18th August
Day Rate: £165 per day (Umbrella only – we can assist you with setting this up)
Location: Glasgow City Centre
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Contract Duration: Initially 2 months, with a view to extend.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers about complaints and DSARs via Webchat, Email, and other written channels
- Accurately record complaints in the relevant case management system
- Log DSARs in the appropriate spreadsheet or platform, ensuring all necessary details are captured for processing
- Maintain consistent and transparent communication with customers and stakeholders

- Background in resolving customer issues across multiple channels including webchat, email, and letters
- Consistently deliver high accuracy and quality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiar with CRM and complaints management tools would be beneficial
- Persistent and able to handle rejection and challenges
