As a key member of our front-line crew, you’ll be supporting customers through every step of their journey. You’ll be answering questions, guiding customers through onboarding and offboarding, and solving technical issues with confidence. From billing support and account updates to sharing exciting promotions and exclusive offers, you’ll be at the heart of creating great experiences. You’ll also help with renewals, escalate complex cases when needed, and spot opportunities to upsell or apply discounts making sure every customer feels valued and supported.
Start Date: Monday 11th November 2025
Day Rate: £165 – Umbrella only recruitment – This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this
Location: Glasgow City Centre – This is an office based role
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.

- Experience working in a telephony-based customer service role
- Clear, professional, and empathetic verbal and written communication
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions quickly
- Strong attention to detail whilst using multiple systems
- Comfortable handling a variety of enquiries and adjusting to changing processes
- Working effectively with other teams, especially for escalations
- Prioritising tasks and managing workload in a fast-paced environment
