What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be providing proactive support via email and phone as they navigate changes to their pension products. You’ll be the friendly voice and expert support behind our customer experience-responding professionally to email queries and confidently handling inbound calls to provide swift, helpful solutions
Where You’ll Work:
Enjoy the best of both worlds-you’ll work in a collaborative office space in the Crawley office. You’ll start full-time in the office for training (2 weeks), then transition to a hybrid model with just 2 days a week in the office.
Key Details:
- Start Date: Wednesday 20th August 2025
- Day Rate: £160 (via Husp Umbrella only – we’ll help you get set up)
- Location: Crawley
- Hours: Monday to Friday, shifts between 8:30am-6pm
- Contract: Till 19th December 2025
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous customer service experience in financial services
- Experience in pensions is a plus
- Experience responding to customer emails in a professional manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working to targets and KPIs
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple systems
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word
