Huntswood is looking for call handlers with customer service experience within general insurance for a new project for a leading insurance provider.
Starts: 10th November 2025
Location: Working from Home
Rate: £155 a day
Shifts: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30. The client has wider operational hours so variance of starts and finishes and weekend working may be available

Duration: An initial four-month contract
The role will be taking inbound calls processing first notification of loss, ensuring all information is logged and processed correctly.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience within a telephony-based customer service role, ideally within general insurance
- Strong empathy and customer services skills
- The ability to maintain a high standard of work with a strong attention to detail
- A positive and flexible attitude
