Huntswood is looking for experienced Complaint Handlers to join a Motor Finance Complaints team, where you’ll play a key role in investigating and resolving a wide range of customer complaints.
From concerns about vehicle quality and finance agreements to queries around fees, charges, and general service, you’ll be the voice of reassurance and resolution.
In this role, you’ll work across multiple complaint types, ensuring each case is handled thoroughly, professionally, and in line with regulatory standards. Start Date: Monday 27th October
Day Rate: £170 a day – Umbrella only recruitment – This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this
Location: Working from home – You will need to provide your own device for this opportunity
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30

What Huntswood is looking for:
- Experience dealing with lending complaints within banking or consumer finance
- An understanding of the motor finance industry
- Experience dealing with vehicle quality complaints would be desirable
- Comfortable making outbound calls to customers to discuss their complaint
- Suitable workspace and own device at home with strong broadband connection
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as being able to work as a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
- Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
