Huntswood is looking for experienced insurance complaint handlers to join a motor insurance company. If you have a strong background in insurance, excellent communication skills, and are looking for a new challenge, then we have a role for you.
Start Date: Monday 5th January 2025
Day Rate: £170 per day (Umbrella only – we can assist you with setting this up)
Location: Working from home
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Contract Duration: till end of February 2026
Key Responsibilities:
- Use your insurance knowledge to resolve motor insurance complaints
- Make outbound calls to gather additional information and resolve complaints efficiently
- Draft clear and concise final response letters to customers
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in motor insurance complaint handling is essential
- Strong experience in writing bespoke final response letters
- Good understanding of FOS complaint guidelines and Consumer Duty
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable navigating multiple in-house systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word
