Outbound Sales Representative

Huntswood are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our dynamic sales team. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building a rapport with customers and identifying sales opportunities while adhering to quality & compliance metrics. The role consists of selling new appliance care plans to customers or contacting customers at end of guarantee to provide them a new plan, working towards set targets. All calls are warm leads conducted across an Outbound Dialler, so it does require a skillset to build a rapport with the customer, handle objections and identity opportunities to make a sale.

Start Date: Monday 21st July 2025

Salary: £12.60 per hour + favourable uncapped bonus potential

  • Typical average bonus earnings are between £358 – £558 per month with our Top Performers earning even more!

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Early finish on a Friday with no weekends! Monday – Thursday 11am – 8pm & Friday 9am – 3pm

Location: Glasgow City Centre

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospect and qualify leads.
  • Identify and understand the needs of potential clients to effectively pitch our products or services.
  • Achieve and exceed Quality, Productivity & Customer Satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain a rapport with customers
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, best practices, and strategies for success.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks using CRM software.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors’ offerings.
  • Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and enhance product knowledge through training and self-development.

Role Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in a customer centric environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Persistent and resilient attitude towards rejection and challenges.
  • Adaptability to quickly learn about new products and industries.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
