Huntswood is looking for a talented Quality Assurance Analyst with experience in financial services as we have QA contract positions for a number of well-known clients in the next couple of months.
Start Date: Start dates in April and May 2026
Day Rate: £195 a day
IR35 Status: Husp Umbrella only recruitment – This is only available to individuals working via Husp Umbrella company, we can assist you with this
Location: Working from home
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, shifts between 8pm to 6pm
Duration: 6 month contract
What you’ll be doing
This role puts you at the heart of driving quality and excellence. You could be reviewing calls, correspondence and complaint files against established QA frameworks, ensuring every interaction meets regulatory, procedural and scheme requirements.
You’ll spot errors, trends and root causes, providing clear, constructive feedback to frontline teams and Team Leaders.
You’ll also dip into calibration sessions and thematic reviews, and if you notice anything that feels like a bigger issue or risk, you’ll simply flag it so we can keep customers looked after and everything running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous QA experience in a complaint handling experience within a financial services environment.
- Experience reviewing telephony and written correspondence.
Strong understanding of complaint handling and customer communications. - Knowledge of FCA and FOS regulations surrounding complaints.
- Ability to document findings clearly and objectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a fast paced targeted environment
- Ability to work independently as well as being able to work as a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
- Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
