Huntswood has a great opportunity for experienced complaint handlers, with utilities experience, to start a new role in the new year.

Starting in January this role is to take inbound telephony customer complaints, which has been escalated from the main contact centre. Your role will be to use your experience and knowledge of the utilities industry to make sure that a resolution is reached, and that the customer's complaint journey is as smooth as possible.

In this contract role you will be able to work remotely from day one with all equipment and training provided to successfully complete your role. Customers can call on Monday to Friday 8am to 6:15pm so you need to be available to work between these hours.

As a Telephony Complaint Handler you will have:

  • Experience dealing with complaints for a utilities company
  • Experience resolving customer complaints over the telephone
  • Flexibility to work a shift rotation between 8am-6:15pm Monday to Friday
  • A space at home to work with an appropriate desk and chair and a stable broadband connection
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
  • Strong numeracy and written communication skills
