Keith joined Huntswood in March 2005 and is the Head of People Sourcing.
Keith has a strong background in financial services after joining Prudential in 1997. At Prudential, Keith held a number of positions within customer service, technical pensions, annuity advice and call centre departments. It is here that he gained his FPC qualification and a desire to become a financial advisor.
Keith moved to Standard Life as a Financial Planning Consultant in 2003 where he specialised in pension and investment advice before he moved into recruitment.
At Reed, Keith recruited Financial Advisors into major banks and IFAs across the Thames Valley.
Now, Keith combines both his financial services and recruitment knowledge in managing all of Huntswood’s resourcing. His team is responsible for the recruitment and deployment of large numbers of contractors to a variety of client projects. These are often within complaints, compliance and customer service.
Melinda joined Huntswood in October 2010, having previously spent three years resourcing and recruiting freelance consultants for a leading learning and development (L&D) company.
Melinda became a Principal Resourcing Consultant at Huntswood in 2013, specialising in L&D resourcing. Using her experience and knowledge, she recruits and resources L&D consultant for bespoke L&D solutions. This ranges from providing individuals for niche opportunities through to building teams of consultants for large client projects.
She also supports Huntswood’s Head of Resourcing by providing team coaching and guidance to improve internal processes.
Melinda holds a Level 3 Certificate in Learning and Development in Practice.
Kristian joined Huntswood in 2003 within the customer services function. Kristian worked on a variety of successful projects for a range of financial services clients in both the UK and internationally. After a successful secondment to the Resourcing team in 2006, Kristian joined the team full time in 2007 and is now a Principal Resourcing Consultant.
Kristian started working within the financial services industry in 1996 and spent five years working for Prudential. In 2002, Kristian joined Standard Life before moving to Huntswood in 2003. In his time at Huntswood, Kristian has specialised and successfully recruited for large volume projects for some of Huntswood's biggest clients.
Sagar joined Huntswood in 2010 as a Resourcing Consultant within the recruitment division specialising in operational risk and compliance. Within a year he moved across to the managed service arm of Huntswood. Sagar is a Principal Resourcing Consultant and leads a team who primarily focus on resourcing large scale projects in the Midlands, Yorkshire and North England.
After graduating from the University of Buckinghamshire with a degree in Computer Engineering, Sagar started his career on a graduate training programme for Daniel Williams Consultants and was responsible for account managing recruitment campaigns for high-end fashion retailers.
After spending 4 successful years with DWC, he moved across to a marketing / PR recruitment agency just before joining the educational arm of Capita Resourcing. In his spare time, Sagar is an avid runner competing in numerous half marathons and a keen NBA Basketball enthusiast
Jade joined Huntswood to support an internal transformation project when she decided to make a career change in May 2013. Following this, she moved to the People Screening Team, supporting the onboarding of associates.
She really enjoyed the interaction with associates and took on a new challenge to join the Resourcing team in 2014 where she is now a Senior Resourcing Consultant with a track record of placing associates in a wide variety of projects across financial service and utilities.
Emily started in an admin role in the People Screening Team in 2012, her first office-based role after finishing her education. She moved to the contracts team as a Contracts Assistant and subsequently joined the Resourcing Team in 2014.
She found her niche in Resourcing and was promoted to Senior Resourcing Consultant in 2015. Her role focuses on finding associates to fill large scale projects.
Mike joined Huntswood in 2004 as a Senior Business Reviewer and worked on projects relating to endowment review, managed pension review, N3 complaint handling, endowment remediation, FOS complaint handling, pension transfer validation, bank charges and debit card complaint handling.
In 2009, Mike moved into the Resourcing team and is now a Principal Resourcing Consultant.
Prior to joining Huntswood, Mike worked at Prudential for five years in several roles: new business reviewer, FSAVC review technician and regulated complaint handler.
Mike holds several financial planning qualifications: the Financial Planning Certificate, CF6, R01 and CeRCH.
Darren joined Huntswood in October 2010, firstly working on their Recruitment team, and now Resourcing, where he is a Principal Resourcing Consultant.
Prior to Huntswood, Darren worked for Reed Recruitment as a Team Leader, leading a team of 5, placing contract/permanent associates into large financial services clients, across the South West region. This, and his previous seven years sales experience from his time in the telephony industry made Huntswood an ideal choice for his next job role.
Darren has successfully led large scale complaint projects during his time at Huntswood, but he specialises in recruiting associates who are qualified to review advice-driven product sales such as pensions. Darren has contributed to major Huntswood projects including a 200+ strong multi-year investment and protection review as well as SIPP and pension transfer projects
Michael joined Huntswood in September 2010, initially working on their Management Consultant Recruitment team as a graduate before moving on to the Resourcing team.
Prior to Huntswood, Michael graduated from the University of Portsmouth with a degree in Business. Michael combined his studies with various customer service roles within retail. This, and his willingness to succeed and work in a fast-paced environment made Huntswood a perfect fit.
Michael has successfully led large scale complaint projects during his time at Huntswood, managing the resource of largescale PPI recruitment plans for example. Michael consistently manages to achieve client expectations in terms of numbers of associates and quality.
Michael can also adapt to managing smaller, more niche projects where client expectations are more specific. This comes from building strong business relationships as well as a sound knowledge of the market and the Financial Services Industry.
Matthew joined Huntswood in 2011 as a Resourcing Consultant, coming from a construction industry and customer services background. He was heavily involved with the resourcing of projects within financial services across the country.
Matthew became a Senior Resourcing Consultant in 2014 and now specialises in the resourcing of large volume projects country wide, primarily focusing on client projects based in South Wales.
