Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £13.50 plus performance bonus
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – Shifts between 8am and 6 pm Monday to Friday.
Role requirements:
- Proven experience handling financial services complaints throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial intake to final resolution
- A dedicated workspace with a reliable high‑speed broadband connection, enabling consistent performance, confidentiality, and seamless communication when working remotely
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all level of stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as being able to work as part of a wider team
- Strong attention to detail
- Skilled in utilising a range of systems to retrieve data, record case notes, monitor progress, and support informed decision‑making
- Competent in producing high‑quality written documentation, reports, and case summaries, as well as using other Microsoft Office applications to support day‑to‑day tasks and team operations
