Huntswood, a ResultsCX Company, is looking for a talented Collections Agent to play a key role in an exciting project within the Banking sector.
Start Date: Monday 24th August 2026
Day Rate: £200 a day
IR35 Status: Umbrella only recruitment – This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this.
Location: Working from home
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm
Duration: 3 month contract initially
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Collections Agent, you will support a leading banking client. You will manage customer complaints from start to finish, investigate cases, prepare accurate information, and resolve issues fairly and efficiently. This telephony-based role requires strong collections experience, attention to detail, and confident written and verbal communication, with experience working with vulnerable customers.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working in a busy collections environment
- Experience identifying and supporting vulnerable customers
- Experience working with the TS2 and TSYS collections experience would be beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced targeted environment
- Ability to work independently as well as being able to work as a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to navigate through several in-house databases at once
- Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
