We’re looking for passionate Customer Service Advisors to join one of our trusted, long-standing clients on a rewarding long-term contract. In this role, you’ll be the reassuring voice for customers, handling both inbound and outbound calls with empathy and professionalism. Your goal? Turn difficult conversations into positive outcomes by finding smart, practical solutions that support both the customer and the bank. Every interaction is an opportunity to make someone’s day better and help them navigate financial challenges with confidence.
Start Date: Monday 12th January 2026
Day Rate: £140 a day – Umbrella only recruitment – This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this
Duration: An initial six-month contract with the expectation of extension
Location: Working from home
Shift pattern: Shifts are between 8am and 8pm on a rotational basis, requiring 1 in 3 Saturdays.
Two ‘late’ shifts per week – a noon to 8pm and 11am to 7pm
Two ‘day’ shifts per week starting at 8.30am / 9am or 9.30am / 10am
If working a Saturday, the non-working day is Tuesday or Wednesday
Skills required:
- Experience working in a telephony-based role in the financial services industry
- Collections experience is desirable but not essential
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
- Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
- Strong numeracy and written communication skills
