Huntswood is looking for Customer service agents who have worked for a utilities company for a commercial utilities provider. Based out of our Glasgow office, you’ll act as the first point of contact for customers across telephone, email, written & digital channels with a focus on resolving customer queries, issues and problems. This role requires working across 2 lines of the business, both inbound & outbound calling to fully service all our customers.
Start Date: 8th December 2025
Day Rate: £165 – Umbrella only recruitment – This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this
Location: Glasgow City Centre – This is an office based role
Working hours: Monday to Friday , 9am to 5:30pm

What Huntswood is looking for:
- Experience in a telephone-based customer service role for a utilities company
- Experience working for a water company would be beneficial
- Commitment to work at client’s office in Glasgow
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
- Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
