We’re looking for confident communicators with proven experience in customer service and sales, who can engage customers, deliver excellent outcomes, and consistently perform.

Starts: Monday 8th June 2026
Location: Working from Home
Rate: £130 per day (through HUSP umbrella company) with a bonus available
Duration: initial contract to the end of November 2026, with possible extension
In this role, you’ll deliver outstanding customer experiences while smashing targets across service, sales, and quality. Success means consistently hitting KPIs like Average Handling Time (AHT), sales performance, Customer Satisfaction, and Quality Assurance standards.
The ideal Customer Service Call handler will have:
- Experience in a customer service telephony role
- Strong sales capability with a track record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication skills with a confident, professional telephone manner
- Strong listening skills to quickly understand customer needs
- Calm, empathetic, and professional under pressure
- Well organised, with strong time management skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, KPI-focused environment
- Confident handling objections and turning conversations around positively
- Quick to learn and apply product knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Working Hours & Shift Pattern
Shifts currently operate between 8:00am and 6:00pm, with one Saturday worked in every three. The available weekday shifts are:
8:00am – 4:30pm
9:00am – 5:30pm
9:30am – 6:00pm
All shifts are 8.5 hours per day, inclusive of 1 hour of scheduled breaks, consisting of:
30 minutes lunch
Two 15-minute breaks
All breaks are scheduled in advance.
