As part of our continued growth Huntswood, A Results CX Company, are seeking to appoint an experienced Sales Operations Manager to lead and develop their team.
As an operations manager you will oversee Team Managers and over 100 FTE on behalf of our Insurance Client, driving sales results across several key campaigns.
You will manage quality assurance results to maintain the targets set out by the client & Huntswood.
Using your skills and experience you will implement processes to allow the operation to improve productivity and efficiencies to support hours delivery targets, as well as working with our in-house people team to bring in growth opportunities and continue to build upon this ever-expanding campaign.
Salary - £45,000 + performance bonus
Location - Glasgow City Centre Office/Hybrid - Hybrid working available, 3 days on site and 2 days remote
Hours - Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Between the hours of 8am-7pm based on business needs
Key Requirements:
- Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years Operational Management experience within Contact Centre/BPO & Sales
- A proven track record in delivering against set objectives in Sales, quality and regulatory requirements within a contact centre environment is essential
- Experienced coach and developer for your team, leading from the front in demonstrating what good looks like
- Ability to train and develop staff
- True sense of resilience and ability to navigate change
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to implement sales strategies with a strong understanding of forecasting
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive and Strategic thinking skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating a sense of urgency within the team by building an energetic and engaging culture
- Understand and buy into the overall aims and objectives of the company and provide clear communications to your team
- Ability to interpret data, spot trends and put in place action plans to remedy short falls
- Developing team members in line with their personal development plans and performance reviews - utilising call recording sessions, internal training and one to one sessions
- Ensuring full adherence to regulatory requirements
- Learning, retaining knowledge and coaching staff on detailed knowledge.
- Presenting new processes to staff ensuring all advisors are fully trained
