Wealth Remediation Case Handler

Huntswood has a great new opportunity for Remediation Complaint Handlers, with proven experience of working in a similar role. This role is hybrid, with the first 2 weeks being office based (training), and then 2 days a week thereafter.

The Remediation Case Handlers will form a specialist team supporting our clients' remediation function, ensuring positive customer outcomes through phone and written interactions. Responsibilities include processing refunds, addressing customer queries, and providing updates as needed.

Starts: 4th November 2024
Location: Hybrid - 2 days a week in Bath office
Rate: £200 per day (through HUSP umbrella company)
Duration: 6 Months

Skills Required:

• Resolving customer complaints in financial services
• Experience in an investment platform
• Previous involvement in remediation projects
• Ability to work independently and follow policies
• Handling inbound and outbound customer contact (phone, email, letter)
• Excellent telephone manner
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
• Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
• Strong numeracy and written communication skills
