IT Asset Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Asset Manager to join our existing team based on site in our Head Office in Glasgow!

As an IT Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the arrangement of Client laptop deployments, equipment returns, laptop reporting and asset management. You will also be responsible for the shipping of any additional equipment that may be needed by an end user. You will also act as the senior point of escalation.

The ideal IT Asset Manager will possess:

• Excellent Customer facing and Customer Service skills, able to communicate to users at all levels.
• People management experience
• Good Administrative skills
• Thrive in a busy environment with changing priorities and goals.
• Be able to demonstrate excellent problem management skills.
• Excellent time management.
• Pleasant and helpful telephone manner
• Ability to work as a team and autonomously.
